Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your place of residence designate a different venue.
Liability
SignalNest provides software and guidance for community operations. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid to SignalNest for the twelve months preceding the claim, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
User obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration information, respect other members, and follow published community rules for each membership you join.
You must not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape member data without consent, or use the platform to distribute unlawful or harassing material.
Termination
Either party may terminate access in accordance with the Returns & Refunds policy and any written agreement governing enterprise use.
We may suspend access immediately if we reasonably believe your conduct endangers members, violates law, or compromises platform security.
Acceptance
By creating an account, joining a membership, or using public marketing pages on wompsor.digital, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Service description
SignalNest hosts operational tooling for creators who operate paid or gated communities, including templates, office hours, and communication surfaces described on the website.
Features may evolve; material changes will be announced through the product or by email where appropriate.
Intellectual property
The SignalNest name, visual identity, and original documentation remain the property of the operator. You retain rights to content you upload and grant the operator a limited licence to host and display it for the purpose of providing the service.
Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation of compensation unless separately agreed in writing.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may require multi-factor authentication for certain administrative roles when available.
Third-party services
Integrations such as embedded maps or analytics (where enabled) are subject to the respective providers' terms. SignalNest does not control those services.
You remain responsible for configuring third-party tools in line with your own quality standards and member expectations.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. The last updated date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance except where applicable law requires explicit consent for specific changes.
