Timeframe
For eligible digital memberships purchased directly from SignalNest when checkout becomes available, you may request cancellation within fourteen days of initial purchase provided no substantive use beyond account setup has occurred.
Informational pages today do not process live checkout; this timeframe applies once payment collection is enabled and communicated in product terms.
Process
Submit a written request to [email protected] with your account email, purchase reference (when available), and reason for cancellation.
We will confirm receipt and communicate the decision within a reasonable period consistent with Korean consumer practice.
Contact
Refund correspondence should use the same email address associated with your purchase to reduce fraud risk.
If you purchased through a partner platform, that partner's policy governs money movement even when SignalNest powers the experience.
Exceptions
Custom implementation work, completed workshops, or memberships explicitly marked as non-refundable at purchase are outside standard cooling-off treatment unless mandatory law says otherwise.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may delay resolution while records are reviewed.
Scope
This policy covers fees collected by SignalNest for platform access described on wompsor.digital. It does not govern independent disputes between creators and their own members.
Enterprise agreements may define separate account credit mechanics; those agreements prevail where they explicitly reference enterprise invoicing.
Eligibility
Eligibility for refunds depends on your jurisdiction's mandatory rules, the product you purchased, and whether digital content was already supplied in full.
We will honor stronger statutory rights applicable to consumers in the Republic of Korea.
Partial use
If you accessed substantial member materials or attended live sessions beyond orientation, we may offer a partial credit instead of a full refund, evaluating each case individually.
Credits, when offered, apply to future SignalNest invoices unless law requires cash refund.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days to the original payment method where technically possible.
Card networks may add additional settlement days outside our control.
Subscription renewals
When auto-renewal is offered, you will receive clear notice before renewal charges. You may turn off renewal through account settings or by written request.
Failure to disable renewal before the charge date may limit refund options except as required by law.
Charge disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before disputing with your issuer so we can reconcile activity log entries quickly.
We cooperate in good faith with card investigations while protecting member privacy.
Goodwill
Outside strict legal minima, we may offer goodwill credits when service interruptions materially affect a paid cohort.
Goodwill decisions are discretionary and do not create a precedent binding future cases.
